Leading Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering and sustaining Engineering teams. Established new product line for military and commercial UAS/UAV and manned aviation, to customers such as Airbus, Lockheed Martin, NASA, General Atomics, Aurora Flight Sciences, Cessna and Amazon among others.

I reduced COGS by 38% after implementing Lean techniques inspired in ACE. I also reduced the concept-to- market lead time in half after introducing DFX concepts during new product development. 2010–2012 ● PMO Manager / General Manager at AKO Engineering

Recovered 6 weeks delay in deliveries after the first 60 days at AKO as PMO Manager, designing and implementing electric control and thermal systems in nuclear and solar power plants. It paved the road to a promotion to General Manager of a business unit acquired from EATON Corp. Piloted year-over-year COGS reduction by 6%.

2007–2010 ● Director of Engineering at ODECO Technologies

Managed the R&D and Engineering activities, from software, hardware, mechanical and optical engineering to custom projects. I aligned the product portfolio after M&A and increased performance and quality while reducing cost. Managed low cost ODM programs in China. I led the design, production and qualification of two on-board microwave embedded subsystems for the European Galileo GNSS satellites from inception to delivery.

As a Quality Engineer, I prepared CIMSA to be fully AS/EN9100 and NATO AQAP2110 compliant.

That success leveraged my promotion to create and lead the new Engineering Project Management Office.
