Job Posting/Mass mailing the requirements in various portals.

Resume Pipeline Management and streamlining efforts as per sourcing plan

Screening & Short listing the sourced profiles according to the specification of client to provide best quality resumes to client.

Responsible for executing the induction program for all New Hires. Creation and maintenance of all employee files with the correct set of documents.

Employee Engagement: Organizing birthday celebrations, procuring and distributing corporate gifts & T shirts.

MIS: Generating Monthly analysis reports such as MIS,

Offer & Exit Process: Offer releasing and organizing all Exit Formalities for an employee. Responsibilities include - Drafting offer letters & relieving letters, follow up with finance team till completion of Full & Final settlement.
