Job Description
Conducting regular safety audit and inspection also delegate duties and supervise adherence to health and to implement the safe work environment is maintained, coordinating in different department, responsible for planning and implementing measure to ensure that work hazard are reduced.
Main Responsibilities
Conducts field visit daily to ensure and to see how effective system are maintained for the identification assessment and control of all kind of significant hazards.
Assists in various activities, including risk identification, incident reporting and investigation and full filled reporting and documentation requirement.
Conduct risk assessment prior to start up (task) ensuring jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner.
Oversaw that all workers are wearing complete PPE’s before entering in the jobsite.
Identify and evaluate job task hazards and manage to control measures and establish behavior to support safe work.
Ensure that all workers undergo pre-job briefings prior commencing for their task and make sure that they are competent for their job.
Conducts observation and audits of the site work environments, personal protective equipment, mobile equipment and tools.
Maintain a zero tolerance for unsafe acts.
Managed for planning conduct and document monthly safety meetings.
Ensure to review incident report, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventive actions.
Communicate on company HSE policies and developed actions to maintain and developed personnel, contractors HSE awareness by means of toolbox talks, safety trainings.

Role:
Environmental health and safety supervisor inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Ensure permit to work or work order are in place before commencing for work (prior the task).
Conduct regular inspection of safety equipment to ensure that all is in good and operational condition.

Coordinate with Saudi Aramco training supervisor to undergo all drivers’ safety orientation in different place such as: Berri Gas Plant, Khursaniyah Gas Plant, Shedgum Gas Plant and Utmaniyah Gas Plant for them to know the Do’s and Don’ts inside the Gas Plant and as well to be able for them to have access in the said plant.
