Senior Director, Network Voice/Data Services, AS400 Systems & Security 2006 - 2015

Developed telecom expense management capabilities saving over $1 million/year.

Successfully directed data center relocation from owned facility to co-lo facility in 2012.

Implemented new systems monitoring architecture including APM to improve incident detection, isolation, and resolution.

Designed new Atlanta campus core switch and network environments, upgraded capacity, and enhanced redundancy.

Implemented VoIP systems at 150+ U.S. based locations to standardize technology, enhance business unit capabilities, and reduce overall U.S. cost by $2 million/year.

Designed and implemented a robust video conferencing solution for U.S. based offices.
