KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the global QA CoE team for Hogarth Worldwide.

Lead the Apple Interactive team in the capacity of the Global QA Lead.

Track all aspects of the project - scope, schedule, effort, staff, risks, issues etc.

Identify corrective and preventive actions Re-plan in case of deviation.

Motivate the Quality Engineering Team in following established quality practices.

Integrating continuous improvements in QA process.

Provide technical leadership, expertise and mentorship in the use of appropriate test tools and methodologies.

Report, analyze and compile test results, including defects and statistics.

Conduct historical analysis of test results & perform RCA (Root Causal Analysis).

Identify the testing scope, prepare estimates and prepare traceability matrix

Publish DSR & WSR for all Offshore\Onshore teams on weekly basis.

Skillful in creating WBS (Work breakdown structure).

Manage the end to end QA life cycle and managing the test plans and QA lifecycle.

Manage test automation of regression suites; minimize manual testing where possible
