Plan, develop and implement the Project Quality Management System.

Monitor the quality control indicators and alert the responsible parties in cases of deviation from the standards and propose the required corrective measures to be applied.

Review Project's shop drawings, specifications, contract documents and laboratory test results, inspection and test plan, and method statements of implementation.

Witness the testing of materials and structure (e.g. concrete sampling, trial mix, material testing for construction ...etc.) all as per the design, contract documents, specifications and international standards.

Review inspection requests and other related quality related reports/documents of all site activities and monitor all accomplishments and deliverables.

Establish, measure and record the QA/QC key performance indicators (KPI's) for the project/project's team performance.

Implement all aspects of quality assurance/control system on all materials and keep on file test results and calibration reports of test equipment.

Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the approved method statements and shop drawings are followed.

Perform and record quality audits and inspections.

Address any concerns and issues raised by different parties in quality related matters.

Follow up on liaise on all QA/AC relevant matters.

Supervision of site work activities carried out by the main contractor and sub-contractors in accordance with the approved work procedures and site instructions.

Coordinate and perform daily inspections.

Participate in the project progress and coordination meetings.

Review the main contractor monthly project report and prepare the client's monthly QA/QC report.

Review and give recommendation regarding V. O's and claims.

Review and approve interim payments.

Advise on any QA/AC related issues.
