Responsibilities:

Preforming Host-Based Migration on AIX Servers in the environment of VSCSI and NPIV setup.

Migration of boot LUNS for AIX Servers. Performed LPAR mobility test for Severs.

Working on Power Path Migration Enabler for Migration.

Working on SAP applications and building the servers.

Installing EMC ODM file sets on AIX Servers. Installed and Cleaned up AIX ODM definitions.

Working on fabric masking and zoning views, both Powerpath5.5 and MPIO driver specific to VPLEX devices.

Installing and configuring VIO Servers, building LPAR clients and sharing I/O devices to LPAR’s.

Worked as an AIX Administrator where primary task was to set up the data center and install the AIX servers.

Responsibilities:

●Responsible for drafting out the plan for the datacenter, cabling the AIX power frames and RS 6000, HP and Dell servers.

●Provided support for LINUX infrastructure, both in-hours & out of hours on call, dealing with performance, resource, software and operating system issues

●Installing the AIX 5.1, 6.1 and patching at the required times.
