Description: FM Radio stations (Licensed Users) are operated in the specific frequency in a given spectrum. The remaining frequencies are goes-vain. In order to make the use of remaining frequencies, we preferring a technology called Cognitive Radio Network with limited usage of spectral energy efficiency.
