Satmetrix NPX, is a standardized enterprise application designed as SaaS for getting started with Net Promoter. Developed for B2B and B2C organizations, it manages the loyalty programs and helps enterprises to link loyalty improvements to financial outcomes. The data collection designer helps to create, edit and translate the questionnaires, invitations and reminders. Designer allows user to add different conditional and grid logic using which user can implement rules to drive survey questions and invites. The survey can be designed in different languages. NPX has got rich set of analytics which allows enterprises to zero in on key loyalty issues. Also, it supports various types of conditional alerts and closed loops which help the customer loyalty program manager to address critical user responses quickly and efficiently. Mobilize Promoters to generate positive Word of Mouth and referral using social media is another feature of NPX. NPX have mobile platform support – i.e. customers can respond to surveys from smart phones and tablets (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and iPad). Dashboard and create push reports using roles and restrictions is another key feature. NPX have powerful integration with Salesforce.com.In each releases, different charts and functional features are added to enhance the application.

You can use our APIs to build integrations that nominate your contacts for invitations and retrieve invitation and feedback records from your Satmetrix application. You will need to have built a survey in your system before you can use these APIs.

Understanding APIs both from functional requirements and technical architecture Standpoint

Develop API test scripts using desired tool sets and enhance the script for validations

Derive Test data requirements and liaise with project teams for generating test data for scripts

Execution of API test scripts using Jmeter, review results, log results and raise defects

Verify changes made to the system through either manual steps or the execution of automated test scripts meet established acceptance criteria.

Description:

This system is designed by Satmetrix for Dell. As per the loyal customer details given by the Dell, Satmetrix will schedule a task to send email invitations to all the customers in the list. The survey question will be designed as per the numerous business logics of Dell and their products. Most of the survey questions have a rating scale 0-10, and some comment boxes. So that respondent can give their ratings towards to each questions and it will be analyzed by the system and based on that information system will generate the reports of the Dell promoters and detractors and the comparison between the major competitors. Also the system used some trigger functionalities. If a respondent gave a score less than that of the expectation for a particular question then the system automatically send a trigger mail to the Dell support team with the respondent details and request that will initiate an immediate contact with that customer. The system also consists of functionalities such as scrub and nosend. The survey is sending in multiple languages.

Net Promoter – a score calculated by the number of “Promoters” (respondents who score 9 and 10 on a 10 pt. Scale to the “Would you Recommend” question) minus the number of Detractors (respondents who score 6 and below).

Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) – the average of 4 customer satisfaction questions (Overall satisfaction, Likelihood to Recommend, Repurchase & Choose again.)

Description:

It’s an Educational product developed for Qualification Curriculum Authority, PEP FORD, UK. System deals with Testing Fundamental computational Skills of students of KS3 (Key standard 3). This software is intended to test the familiarity of the pupil of Key Stage Three with the different office tools like File Manager, Email, Browser, Word processor etc. A central computer called Central Point System controls the whole system or CPS.Each School will be connecting to the network through and Admin Point System (APS), which is available at each school. Different machines where the student will be taking the test (Delivery Point System – DPS) will be connected to the APS. The different test packages will be downloaded from the CPS to DPS via APS.

This system has been joined developed RM, 3T productions and RM ESI.

RM ESI and 3T productions were jointly involved in design and development of tool kit

Of office tools which will be running in DPS.

The MSI project deals with packaging/repackaging of vanilla applications to suit the needs of installing the packaged applications in the Community Connect 3 (CC3) network, which follows client server architecture. System and Functional Testing involve testing the third party applications in an end-to-end manner, verifying & validating the proper functioning of the applications/packages under test, when placed in an integrated environment and that they interact with all interfaces/peripherals in a stated manner without violating the CC3 networks security restrictions.

This project will deliver a solution to allow MSI’s created around the business to be re-used by other teams and also distributed to Core Market customers. Customers will use their own installation media, install their application and an RM Tool will extract the files the customer has installed and re-create the MSI from the XML sheet
