In 2016 I became the Warehouse Manager for both of Grands outlet locations. In this role, I kept the showroom floors both stocked and refreshed merchandise as needed. My role was to also make sure the deliverers to the outlet stores were received and stocked. This position also included working with customer pickups are the warehouse location.

In 2000 I became the delivery floor manager. In this position I was previously also working the delivery office and doing company billing. In the same position I make certain that all deliveries are properly staged and ready for the drivers to load for their assigned delivery areas. My primary goal is to assist the stores and the overall company to achieve their financial goals without sacrificing customer quality and overall experience for the store employees and all supporting staff.

My career with Grand started in 1998 as a Delivery Floor Associate where I was in the position of a floor person opening and prepping furniture to include incoming and outgoing parts and UPS shipping of various items. I also worked as a lift driver when needed and completed associated paper and inventory. Within 1 year I advanced to running the Inventory Department along with being the Receiving Supervisor.
