I was engaged with the data updating, data fixes SQL queries. I’ve configured Open Ticketing Request System (OTRS) a free ware for my client. The tool has been thoroughly tested in SIT, UAT environments before going Live. I’ve followed ITIL standard in configuring the tool. The tool was used by developers, testers and other technical teams to track the tickets.
