CI Track project for Kaizen, implementing receiving area for import materials, Kaizen implement by reducing None productive materials on trucks from 21 trucks to 14, for an annual savings of 28,000 usd. Kaizen implement for remove head rest warehouse, and create new project area available for 328 square feet.
