Act as a single point of contact for senior level customer contacts and internal / external project team; assume overall responsibility for project leadership and strategy including planning, directing and controlling resources / processes to ensure compliance to quality standards, and safety and technical standards to design mobile substation from 30kV to 230kV. $7.5M projects): Managed Army projects, Monitored the progress of others in the procurement and administration of contracts related to ordnance clearance operations, recommended task assignments among multi-discipline engineering and contracting team with respect to drafting.
