(Electrical Balance of Plant). Manage and lead GE TM2500 & LM6000 power generation mobile substation design and commercialization of standard designs. Act as a single point of contact for senior level customer contacts and internal / external project team; assume overall responsibility for project leadership and strategy including planning, directing and controlling resources / processes to ensure compliance to quality standards, and safety and technical standards to design mobile substation from 30kV to 230kV. Coordinate the development of multiple subcontractor work scopes and coordinate administration for written contracts, coordinate resolution of issues through the use of change management and ensure timely collection of monies, determine and communicate work package percent complete and percent committed required for project financial “estimate at completion” forecasting.

Client: RMT Renewable Wind & Solar Projects -Successfully lead $5M Colorado Highland: installed 34 wind turbines with 78 MVA, met 200% of target profit margin. -Successfully lead $15M Post Rock: installed 52 wind turbine with 120 MVA substation. Approved the designs of electrical power distribution systems, standby power generation and distribution systems, including: grounding systems, supervised testing and troubleshooting of microprocessor-based instruments with computer-controlled equipment for lightning protection systems under DEWA specification and IEC standers.

Client: Dubai airport authority: Installed 25MVA power system with 6 power transformers (33kV/400V, 6 main ring unit), managed 14 engineers and a technician. Project Manager at US Army Corp of Engineers, 101st Division, (USA) 03/2003 – 05/2004 ($0.5M-

$7.5M projects): Managed Army projects, Monitored the progress of others in the procurement and administration of contracts related to ordnance clearance operations, recommended task assignments among multi-discipline engineering and contracting team with respect to drafting. Managed, controlled, coordinated and executed ordnance clearance projects in many locations. Responsible for contract documents, procuring contracts and reviewing contract deliverables. Sr. Electrical engineer (Maintenance and Reliability) at Waha Oil Company (Libya) 08/1995 – 12/2002 (0.5M- $10M projects): Waha Oil Company, owned by the Libyan government, produced 800,000 barrels per day of crude oil. Held primary responsibility for reliability and managed maintenance on three oil fields including execution of detailed electrical design and construction, cost, schedule, quality, sourcing management. • Relay primary and secondary injection/Relay set-up and programming;

• Complete testing and power up of 24 kV Power Generator and EX2100 excitation;
