Main achievements,

Reduce the construction time by more than 17% by optimizing the design, the workforce distribution, and enhancing their procedures.

Reduce the construction cost by more than 22% and the equipment cost by 40% through value engineering; significant redesign using “Evidence-Based Design” criterion, increase efficiency and optimize the equipment list.

DESIGN / TECHNICAL MANAGER, PARSONS INC., Pasadena, CA, (2004- 2006) I managed a team to design and generate bid documents for an EPC fast-track project (two years project) to build five typical clinics models all over Iraq with proper site adaptation for all the sites, and rehabilitate 20 Hospitals. Also, design review and coordination drawings for federal Jail and Border forts (US Army funded Project). Main achievements,

Create a team of more than 40 Engineers, Architects, Planners, Drafters and Production team to do the design, get proper approvals from the US Corps of Engineers.

Prepare the Construction Drawings with the site adaptation packages needed as the work progresses on site.

Manage the process of “Transfer of Knowledge and Expertise” for the local team of engineers as part of our contract commitment, by constant training through hands-on design, seminars, and lectures.
