When I get phone calls from the VP wanting to read my costumer letters sent to the owner about what a outstanding job i performed and finished on time or before cotract date was up. and the quilty of expertise i performed in there house along with photoes. And wanting to do there other bathrooms through the company and requesting me to do the projects and is willing to wait till im avalible.

As a Lead Mechanic I had many responsibility\'s. Repaired older properties, including renovating flooring, walls, ceilings,Inspected pipes and piping systems to assess their quality and condition, and sometimes old wireing in bathrooms. From there I would lookover my drawings and plans and start framing what was needed, replace plumbing or add plumbing from sweeting copper, to glueing Pvc pipe and replacing diverters and valves. Replacing bath tubs,while pools to constructing custom mud pans of all sorts of sizes. Cutting durock or greenboard back up on walls. Tile walls and floors with large floor mat tile to mosaics and grouting. replace vaintys and tops to putting in all new fixtures. prep and paint. From the start to finish of each project I due no mater what im doing thats written in the contract. I take great pride in doing it because I love my Job. And seeing my coustmers excited and happy about there new bathroom is the most rewarding feeling.
