Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation of site activity plans based on project baseline schedule.

To review the planned activities and confirm the actual resources including the human, equipment, plant documentation, work method and sub-contractor as applicable during the site planning stages.

Resource forecasting for the timely completion of given work.

Daily and long term planning at site, coordination, control and efficient utilization of the required resources for all site activities.

Study and analyze the design / sketch plan which include the materials breakdown given by the client for execution of the project.

Preparation and submission of RAM based on the Project specification and standards.

Plan and request the Material based on priority basis as per the Scope/ BOQ.

Preparation of Technical query and its follow ups.

Highlighting all discrepancies/anomaly detected during the site survey and informing the same to Client Engineering for clarification.

Proper Technical guidance to the subordinates and the Sub- Contractors.

Delegating the Supervisor staff based on the Plan and coordinating the activities in accordance with approved drawing, work method / inspection & specification requirement etc.
