Registered Nurse/ ECT Manger– Initially started out as a staff nurse and then become charge nurse on the adolescent unit. Provided care to children in a statewide inpatient psychiatric program (SIPP) by conducting clinical assessments, medication monitoring, and safety of all patient with a therapeutic milieu. An offered was provided to build from the ground up an electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). With the help of one other coworker an outpatient ECT clinic was build. As a manger scheduling and coordinating initial assessment for ECT and providing patients’ and their families answers to this producer. Collaborated with staff and physicians to provide a safe environment for all members involved.
