Review All applicable codes,Standards, Project
specifications, Quality controls procedures (QCP), Inspection & Test Plan(ITP) & the Job specification design
(JSD).
Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procedure and maintain quality of materials.
Generates RFI’s timely and appropriate to items to be inspected.
Conducts Presentation Seminar for first kick-off of start of work in insulation for Field Operation Groups and other Quality Control personnel's.
Witness of Surface Preparation before starting our activities.
Monitoring of Fabrication of Cladding works.
Thickness inspection of insulation materials.
Dimensional check of Support Ring installation of piping.
Listing punch points.
Test pack documenting for Insulation Turn-over and Reports to client (commissioning).
