• Currently a Scrum master role leading two projects with team size of more than 7 to 8 team members in each project for retirement BI solutions group

• Lead the projects involving cross functional teams with Implementation of Demand Forecasting up to 4 years of Grants for usage by Plan Sponsors and Plan Admins and Enhancement Reporting for a beverage customer involving .NET framework as the Front end coupled with Business Objects, Tableau Reporting and Oracle as the back end.

• Focused teams on objectives and tracked progress to ensure the project milestones were completed on time, on budget with desired results

• Close Coordination with Product Owner in product backlog refinement, sprint backlog and sprint burndown

• Coaching the Business Analyst, product owner and teams in writing effective user stories ensuring most of user stories not exceeding 8 points effectively using Planning Poker in story estimation

• Coaching the teams follow SAFe agile framework and enabling transition from Waterfall to Agile mode of working

• Proficiently organized and facilitated daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, thereby working closely with the development team, testing team, BA as well as stakeholders, management to resolve impediments occurring during project

• Used Rally (Agile Central) across the two the projects in effectively tracking the tasks by resource under each stories, defects, velocity, capacity and burndown charts

• Status Reporting to the senior management with periodic updates in each sprint about the story points committed, blocked, rejected, Accepted and spill over if any to the subsequent sprint

• Track and remove impediments in the projects and conflict resolution among team members

• Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase productivity and foster innovation

• Involved in the Roadmap Planning, PI planning and IP Planning

• Look for automation and opportunities for betterment
