The key objective of this project is to implement an new order process for IAM. The current order process for IAM(Independent Asset Manager) is per fax, email or phone. An IAM calls, sends a fax or email to the order desk. This is more error prone.

In IAM FIX, the process will be STP and there will be fixed channel for IAMs.

Project Description

The objective of Phoenix program is to rationalize investment landscape and convert batch driven process to real time process. Program is divided into 9 level and each level is dedicated to group of functionalities.

In Phoenix level 3, Legacy Corporate action system is decided to replace with TCS BaNCS package. Currently Corporate action is processed manually by back office team which is very time consuming and error prone. With BaNCS it will be STP.
