Managing a Team of testers and acting as an interface between the offshore and the client teams and Onsite team during the various stages of a testing.
Analyze test requirements, product specifications and test tools.
Directly involved in and managing requirement understanding, requirement capture in RTM(requirement traceability Matrix), test scenario creation from requirements and detailed test script creation from test scenarios.
Directly involved in and managing test execution, defect identification, test data preparation and Environment management. Extensively testing various functionalities of Amdocs Billing - Customer Management, order management, Usage Rating, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Collections and Dunning.
