Multiple Engineering & Programme Manager Roles with responsibilities, including:

Regional Program Manager, BT Cyber - Security Consulting and Professional Services (April 2015 –November 2016)

BT Global Services is a division of United Kingdom telecommunications company BT Group that provides communications and IT services to multinational companies worldwide, with operations in 180 countries.

Senior leader for BT Global Services Cyber Security Consulting and Professional Services for the Americas (North and South America); executing with a mix of first and second level line organizations to assess and execute against NIST and CIS top 20 standards, ethical hacking, product full lifecycle and professional design and delivery. Drove multiple programs that grew solution pipeline and increased team utilization. Led proposal design, development and engagement for new managed services. Owned and lead team efforts to increase wallet share within existing accounts for consulting and managed solutions. Delivered solutions to gold accounts to exceed customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Drove end to end programs to launch new services with strategic partners.

Achievements:

• Efforts contributed to security solution sales increase in year one of 49% ($18m - $35m).

Regional Program Manager, Custom Architecture and Design (March 2011 – April 2015)

Senior leader responsible for strategic sales and contract delivery solution design teams within BT Global Services Portfolio and Solution Design (P&SD) division for North and South America. Mentored and developed Solution Architects, Network and Voice Design Engineers, and Service Designers into a high-performing new business customer solution organization. Organization consisted of first and second level line managers for approximately 60 FTE. Ensured consistency of performance management standards across the organization.

Principal - Service Designer (August 2008 – March 2011)

Developed Service Management solutions for new business opportunities in the global outsourcing and managed services arena. Designed, Planned and directed the construction of service assurance/service delivery solutions to meet technical and customer requirements. Collaborated with multiple Agile 3rd party vendors and partners to define operating models, processes, and costs associated with delivering required services within allowable cost parameters. These were then mapped into complex customer solutions worth <$100m.

AT&T/Collabera, Richardson, TX (April 2007 – August 2008)

Consultant, Program Manager/GM St. Louis Wi-Fi

Led the deployment of AT&T’s Metro Wi-Fi network in downtown St. Louis, MO. Managed a delivery budget of $5M. Served as the St. Louis Metro Wi-Fi General Manager and worked as the single point of contact for client communications and service delivery, including the Mayor of St. Louis and the St. Louis Police Department.

Defined the operational Service Delivery/Service Assurance support model for the Metro Wi-Fi services. Program managed the deployment, testing and turn-up of services upon completion of network infrastructure and back-end authentication services.

Achievements:

• Delivered program on time, within defined budget as contractually required.

• Delivered estimated $20m in new revenue upon successful turn-up of services

Senior Program Manager, T-Mobile USA, Frisco, TX, (November 2003 – March 2007)

Program management of all T-Mobile USA Hotspot global Wi-Fi roaming initiatives. Led cross-functional teams that implemented 20 Wi-Fi roaming partners on a common Radius AAA platform with a third-party aggregator, increasing T-Mobile USA's Wi-Fi global footprint.

Achievements:

• Global roaming implementations accounted for an additional $150K per month in T-Mobile USA retail revenue and $100K per month in wholesale revenue.

• Nominated for highest T-Mobile USA employee award in two times in 2005 and one time in 2006 for Program Management efforts on Wi-Fi roaming initiatives.

Senior Product Manager, AT&T, Dallas, TX, (February 2001 – September 2003)

Defined, developed, and delivered new standard Managed LAN and Managed Wireless LAN service offerings based off of existing custom service offerings. Led teams comprised of engineering, operations, AT&T Labs and sales personnel to deliver a repeatable service offering to the marketplace based on an existing customized product offering.

Achievements:

• Exceeded revenue in 2003 by delivering $5m in product revenue through client presentations and solution development for add-on and new business engagements.

• Delivered first managed LAN client and total contract value of $3.2m.
