As the part of QA Testing all the leads and insurance verifications as a different security roles like CRM Empowerment Advocate representative and Verifier and Financial Analyst (PFSA).

The application EPC (Enhanced Promotional Capability) is mainly designed for the POS (Point Of Sale) System. The application is designed for Customer attractive programs like discounts and Employee discounts and Friends & Family discounts, Retiree discounts. The system is integrating with different system called AMS (Advanced Marketing Solutions) for different type of Offers to all the Customers for each product.

The application is designed to update customer data by Enrolling with Phone numbers and other details to send physical coupons and daily deals at the same time controlling the fraud in using of coupons and door busters.

AMS (Advanced Marketing Solutions) offers products developed by the NCR and to track the PetSmart customer membership called Pet Perks Member through POS. Involved with the Smart receipt Concept for better understanding of the Receipt to the Customers to improve the quality of sales and service. EPC (Enhanced Promotional Capability) was developed in C language and the test data is used from SAP system.
