Location- RJ-ON/06 block, Jaisalmer basin (Rajasthan)
worked on various Rigs such as ZJ-40LC, ZJ-50LC, ZJ70LC, in RJ-ON/06 block, Jaisalmer basin.
Designation: Instrumentation Engineer.
RESPONIBILITY:
Installation of all major rig sensors and commissioning of mud logging unit prior to the drilling operation.
Calibration and troubleshooting of sensors like pressure transmitter, ultrasonic level transmitter, radar level transmitter, flow, temperature & density transmitter, pump strokes & RPM sensor (proximity sensor), rotor encoder (for depth processing), Hook load sensor using Well wizard calibration software.
Using advanced drilling monitoring systems and providing gas detection as well as sophisticated electronic monitoring and database recording for full range of drilling parameters by Data log software (WellWizard vs.3/4).
Using advanced data acquisition and processing system that provide real time monitoring and analysis of well drilling, engineering and geological data to assist the company in achieving performance improvement objectives.
Calibration of hydrocarbon parameter using total gas detector and Varian CP4900 micro gas chromatograph.
Perform normal maintenance and necessary repairs on all equipment, particularly sensors.
Report breakdowns immediately and submit a detailed report of any equipment or software malfunctions to the appropriate person.
Ensuring availability of all equipment related to statutory requirements.
Handle Single shot and Multi shot deviation survey tools.
Working along with well site geologist and provide information to drilling team to ensure safe drilling operation.
Prepare final well reports, Drilling data, Gas Analysis Data, Casing and Cementation, hole volume sheet, Pipe tally, Mud parameter report, Time analysis report, Chemical consumption report, time analysis report and Mud parameter report.
Preparation and interpretation of Mud Log, Composite Log, Drilling Data Log and Formation pressure Log.
Technical Support for the instrumentation team.
Maintain various Mud logging Sensors fitted at Critical location on the Rig.Constant interaction with the Driller and the Client representative reporting abnormal findings.
Providing daily drilling and geological Reports to the Client Representative

Use hydrocarbon analyzer and gas chromatograph for hydrocarbon monitoring. Total gas detection with C1, C2, C3, iC4, nC4 & iC5. By using GC-CW 1.20 software.
