●Reading and Understanding documents like SOR & DVP. Understand customer expectations; find the key concept, Safety& regulatory requirements.

●Packaging studies of various Ez entry mechanisms in second row seat. Developing different concepts to package Ez entry mechanism

●Preparation of prototype and production drawings associated with structural parts/assemblies and reviewing them for GD & T.

●Worked in two PLMs –AGILE and Team Centre.

●Good understanding of ECE/FMVSS regulations required for seating systems.

●Proficient in using PLM software Teamcenter.

●Can interpret FEA results to validate the structure and meet FEA and regulatory requirements.

●Prepared architecture/layout drawings.

●Good understanding of mechanisms and engineering calculations related to mechanisms.

●Designed seat mechanisms like shoulder latch from concept level, mockup samples created and tested to evaluate the design.
