Management Experience
Utilizing a combination of my technical, project management, and leadership skills to create a positive, motivated and professional team of engineers. The team met all company goals, deadlines and budgets for bringing new, innovative and profitable electronic products into the Automotive Aftermarket.
Personally, and regularly provided training to a team of electronic technicians on the repair and troubleshooting of new product circuits, multi-layered PCB assemblies, harnesses, software and soldering skills.

Engineering Experience
Designed analog and digital circuits, as well as, specified components to be used in designs that would fit both the functionality and the operating environmental conditions that the products would be required to operate in.
Created embedded code for numerous products using embedded microprocessor control.
Created designs, schematics and multi-layered circuit boards with high pin count and fine pitch surface mount components.
Completed numerous designs utilizing graphical and touchscreen displays for user interaction.
Designed, built and tested many types of functional prototypes used in real-world test and evaluation.
Conceptualized, engineered and integrated many custom hardware and software control functions that allowed our engine control units to control, collect data and perform exceptionally well under extreme racing conditions.
Designed, built and integrated specialized test equipment used for development, testing and quality control of our products. Including automated computerized fuel injector flow bench, complete engine simulators, and go/no go test fixtures that are provided to contract manufactures for final testing of our products.
