Created and maintained an inventory of all equipment. Details included whether owned or leased, type of equipment, assigned system, which location and current user.

Constant training to coordinate with employees on the various apps based technology as necessary. Project Manager for creating a company network using cellular technology. Coordinated with representatives Purchasing agent cellular devices, service and accessories

Negotiated with several device and cellular providers to obtain preferred pricing on specified cellular equipment and services. Including calculating return on investment rendered back to company with every negotiated contract.

Negotiated operations contracts, such as air conditioning and maintenance.

Reconciled monthly billing statement for cellular service from different careers. Participated on committees to review proposed options to improve productivity, such as an electronic log system. Help desk support

Responded to written help desk enquiries thru a specialized program, Service engine Plus. Trained several new member to the help desk operation.

Troubleshooted problem situations from users and remoted into devices when necessary.

Coordinated assistance from other out-of-state vendors. Technical / Networking / Communication

A variety of projects including conversion from paper log to Electronic EBOR,( On Board Recording Device ) deploy MS active directory upgrading the company wide computer systems.

Created user manuals for all programs or apps used during training to be kept at the terminals for any ongoing questions by either employees or contract / company drivers.
