Work directly with my assistant roller in training him for the next position, fill in supervisor about twice a month on average, daily reports etc I am able to run 13mm-36mm rebar, 1.25, 1.50 rounds, 1.25 t-stock, 1.33 t stock seing up from roughing mill all the way through the high/ low speed line myself with no help needed and consistently put the first bar to the bed.
