Being Manager/Commercial Manager (Sales & Marketing Accounting) is looking after all 12 branches in India . my job profile includes following :- :-

Branch Operations : Responsible for all activities like :-

1)Appointment of Carrying and Forwarding Agent.

2)Creating Dealers Account in Account Software after receipt of all required documents and Setting Credit limit of Dealer in consultation with Regional Sales Manager.

3)Preparing region wise Net Resale Value, Price List and Maximum Retail Price of each product in consultation with Management, monitoring rate at which Invoices raised

4)Taking Annual, Periodical and Monthly Sales Plan from Regional Sales Manager of all branches then submitting cumulative Sales Plan to Management for Final allocation.

5)After receipt of Final allocation conveying the same to Production and concerned Regional Sales Managers.

6)Taking Monthly Collection Plan from Regional Sales Manager, Submitting cumulative collection report to Management and monitoring collection performance and submitting report of non performer to the Management.

7)Tracking Debtors at regular interval (Dealers Performance)

8)Tracking Business Promotion Schemes, Credit Notes etc.

9)Preparing Incentive Structure Annually, Calculation and payment of Incentive of previous year

10)Submitting Report on Non Performing Debtors to Management for taking suitable action.

B2B & Institutional Sales :-

1)Totally responsible for Institution Sales like sending Quotation, Dispatch, Payment recovery etc

2)Preparation and submission of all required documents for B2B Purchases

Inventory Control (Only Finished Goods) : Responsible for all activities like :-

1)Assuring timely dispatch.

2)After dispatch continuously monitoring its liquidation within specific time,in case of slow movement transferring slow moving goods to another location wherever it is required.

3)Physical Verification of Stock and reconciliation with book stock at regular interval.

4)Recalling Expiry, Near Expiry, Non Salable, Damage material to Factory for reprocessing

1)Preparation, Submission and Obtaining all the required Permission at state level from Concerned Agricultural Directorate.

2)Preparation, Submission and Obtaining all the required Permission at state level from Concerned Agricultural Directorate for B2B Sales

4)Preparation, Submission and Obtaining Consent from Pollution Control Board.
