ASSEMBLY SECTION

Check, locate and fix defects and wear in pumps.

Align Pump rotors, Valves, springs and Retainers.

Examine the oil flow test of pump parts and detect malfunctioning.

Operate various hand and Pneumatic & Hydraulic tools and gauges as needed.

Checking the product visualization & verifying the geometric aspects using by Gauges.

Filled the geometric data in Quality Reports from suppliers and verifying the geometric visualization and tolerance of components.

Monitoring and controlling the rejection parts and take corrective actions immediately.

Maintaining and controlling the quality aspects up to final part.

PROCESS PLANING

Discuss major constraints related to quality and material shortages in daily board meeting.
