Wizard Modernization Program is a multi-phase program that is designed to modernize Wizard by implementing foundational technologies such as new test environments, standardize on more modern database technology and convert older programming languages to the newer more flexible "C" language. Onshore tasks

The project involved data analysis of orders from the time they were placed by customers until posted for billing. It also included monitoring of various applications and creation of status reports for the client leadership team.

As a data analyst, I monitor orders flowing through various applications. Attends to the call of application issues that occur and reports update until the issues are resolved. Also, I create and review the reports sent to the leadership team at the end of the shift, which contains summary of all the issues that occurred within the day.
