Preparation of Control Plan, PFMEA, PFC, Standard Inspection procedure (SIP) & PPAP.

Design of Go /No-go Gauges & Fixtures for Preventing nonconformity Parts.

Playing a predominant role in Prototype verification.

Process & Process Design, Product & Process Validation

SPC study for all CTQ Characteristics.

Monitoring Key Quality Aspects, Addressing Quality Issues and preparation of Key Parameter Index (KPI).

Preparation of MRM Report, Internal Audit Plan & ISO documentations.

Conducting Internal Audit to verify the product compliance.

Handling customer complaints and maintain the customer complaint track sheet.

Preparation of Root causes analysis and Corrective action Report (CAR).

RMA & Credit Note Activities Follow up.

Knowledge in DMAIC Process, TS 16949, PPAP, 7QC tools, APQP and 8D.

MANUFACTURING QUALITY EXPERTICE

Sheet metal Operations including Blanking, Piercing (Press Machine), Bending, Turret Punching, Laser Cutting and Engraving.
