Aerospace

Designed proprietary production equipment related to a carbon fiber process for a major aerospace company that resulted in the company obtaining five patents

CATIA / Solidworks

Designed a robotic hand for use with artificial muscle actuation and synaptic signaling using CATIA V5. Printed the hand in 3D using a STEP file and programmed an algorithm with Matlab to control movement.

Designed a spinal vertebrae force plate using Solidworks and live linked into Comsol to perform finite element analysis for the purpose of enabling higher mobility in human beings after a spinal column vertebrae injury

Performed electrochemical dynamic test to test materials for corrosion through tefal curves. Utilized Solidworks to model the device and live linked into Comsol for multiphysics analysis of fluid flow and eddy currents through the device
