During my tenure, I was employed in different rolls such as Operational Excellence Coordinator,
HR Team Supervisor, HSE&S Manager, Projects Subcontractor Supervisor, and Supervisor over workers compensation and OCIP claims management. These assignments were in the Lubrication Manufacturing and Warehousing Division, Oil & Gas Manufacturing, Projects and HSE&S
My largest role was in 2013 as Health Safety, Environmental and Security Manager on a $3B Ethane Cracker expansion project in Baytown, Texas. I was responsible to for the oversight of the prime contractors EHS&S program, including compliance with all federal regulations and Chevron Phillips contractual requirements. I was the HSE contract coordinator for all contractors on the site. This project was completed in April 2017.
I had 22 direct reports.
I have served as an accident and incident subject matter expert. I am a Why Tree investigative facilitator and trainer, Root Cause Analysis Facilitator. I was the Security Manager and worked with the contracted 3rd party security for site security.

Self-Contracted to TOTAL Port Arthur refinery, for my first two years as a supplemental member of the Fire & Safety group on training, permit assessment and issuance, emergency response and rescue. I was then assigned as Project Consultant for the Plant Projects group for the next seven years in preparing for a 21 million man-hour, $3.1 billion Deep conversion project that consisted of adding a Coker Unit, 2 Sulphur Units, a crude unit, and several high capacity storage tanks.
Duties include overseeing all contractors onsite with peak manpower of 4,800. Responsible for contractor pre-award safety evaluations, Recruiting, project client representative personnel, Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) compliance, medical program, and management, site-specific training compliance, site security. I was responsible for 14 direct reports.

HSE Consultant/Construction
HSE Consultant for a power plant and transmission stations capital projects. My largest assignment was on the North Las Vegas Power turbine expansion project. Oversaw contractor safety and security programs and assured compliance with OSHA, Nevada OSHA, EPA and ENRON standards, and regulations. I Assisted in the setup of the site medical facilities and hiring medical personnel. I was responsible for managing the OCIP program on site and all training, coaching and onboarding activities. I had six direct reports.

Along with my brother, we consulted for Oil & Gas, Power, Commercial construction, Road and Bridge, Warehousing and Trucking companies. We consulted and worked with companies on Health, Safety and Environmental, Project training and logistics for moving employee on large projects, Safety Coaching, General employee onboarding and safety training.
At peak, we employed 32 HSE and medical professional assigned to different projects, including offshore medical and safety services. We also consulted with Emergency Medical Services and Occupational Health clinics on Operations, training and staffing.
