Projects:
Capstone Project – In a team environment of 4 students, created a solution to produce compression and tension forces of a Coiled Tubing FRAC Tool for NCS Multistage company. Using SolidWorks to design a specific tool, to fit the test stand of the Coiled Tubing Frac Tool. Technical documentation was provided to the client regarding the specifications of the tool. The tool was still in the process of being approved by the client and therefore we did not build the actual tool.
SAIT Concrete Toboggan – In a team environment of 20 members and with the assistance of a senior instructor to oversee the project; designed, constructed and raced a toboggan in two different competitions. The first race was in 2015 and the second in 2016. Used my learned skill set in the design of the toboggans. Used my pre-existing skill set in the construction of the toboggans. I was in a leadership role, as the President, in 2016. In this role I oversaw the entire process and used my project management skills to complete the project on time and on budget.
SAIT ARIS GBT Project – This was an individual project in which I inventoried tools using MS Excel as a database/tracking tool. Rewrote tool acquisition procedure and provided research into different tool boards and presented it to the Department Director.
