Working in Daimler India Commercial Vehicles at Oragadam, under KLT Automotive & Tubular Products Ltd as Junior Engineer as First line supervisor in LQ from Mar’17 to till date

Worked in KLT Automotive & Tubular Products Ltd under MA Man power service Pvt. Ltd as Incoming quality (Preventive Quality )from Oct’15 to Feb’17

Working in Dayco India Power Transmission at Haryana as CNC Operator & Quality from Feb’14 to March’15

Roles & Responsibility:

GRN clearance of parts after Quality check in SAP.

Preparing initial analysis report & CAPA follow-up with respective department.

New project parts inspection and report generation.

Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA initiated by supplier through SCM-Q.

Participation & capturing red table part related issue in tracker and action follow up.

Incoming inspection checklist updations & maintain the Q flag parts addition & deletion list.

Updating Process Flow Diagram, FMEA and Inspection Standard.

Response for Assembly Shop and Incoming Quality.

Quality documents Prepare to every inspection stage.

Maintain the required documents as per standards defined.

Analyzing the customer complaints and provide corrective action.

Analyzing the monthly rejection by using trend and giving suggestion for CAPA & POKE-YOKE

Doing Quality Improvements.

Updating daily quality status report, weekly report, Red table KPI and preparing corrective actions for customer quality concerns of frame assembly

Participating in SFM meeting and discussing regarding the current issue in DPU and part issues

Execute Sectional Product Audit (QFL 3) from individual parts to build product and process the consolidate report with analyzed concern to the respective stake holders

Organizing morning meeting for operators

Experience in minimizing in-house line rejection and incoming rejections and checking quality standards of final goods

Responsible for calibration plan and accreditation to all instruments

Preparing initial analysis report for in-process quality issues (QFL-2) and follow up

Maintaining & updating the line quality documents such as SWI-JES, Inspection templates, History Card, QFL1, QFL2 check sheet, Dynamic check sheet

Execute RED TABLE meeting

a)Discussing and analyzing the part issue with all stake holders

b)Transfer the parts to scrap/rejection/rework based on the issue severity

c)Raising IAR for functional issues to respective stake holders

d)Follow up the details regarding the IAR for part issue from PQ

Follow up and monitoring the change implementation drawing with LCIM

Maintaining 5S, promoting kaizen activities and implement it

Improvements & Achievements:

Awarded for best project in QA department AOM & TOM meet in Engineer level for the project “Implementation of A3 templates for final inspection instead of nylon pad templates”

Optimization of fasteners in MDT: Replacement of required dimensional rivets to eliminate the functional issues . Eliminate the step mark and unforming of rivets.

Replacement of fasteners in MDT: Replacement of bolt by rivet in reinforcement plate. Improves strength of the reinforcement joints & cost saving 80 INR per frame

Reduction in DPU by controlling incoming defective parts and improving product quality through product section audit(QFL-3) process

Higher Secondary in arts from Belaguntha Science College, Belaguntha, Odisha
