Decided a career change for personal reasons. While working overnight as Package Handler for FedEx, completed Associate Degree in Computer Science in one year’s time. OPERATIONS MANAGER – KINGSTOWN BLUE SPRING RESORT, LTD. 3/14 – 5/16 Directed multi-site operation involving hotel management and resort development in New Zealand while concurrently overseeing residential development in Riverside County, CA.

Implemented best practices and benchmarking to elevate hotel to New Zealand Qualmark 3-plus Star property.

Increased hotel monthly revenue by 102%, average daily rate by 66% and RevPar by 42% with hotel occupancy rate hitting 72% by end of year one by building a solid team of experts guided by a common vision.
