Excellent budgeting and vendor management skills. Experience managing booth properties, swag

vendors, printing vendors, trade show management companies.

Directing Managers, Coordinators, Producers on programs and direct reports.

Hiring, training and supervising staff and temporary support for meetings and events, creative directors, writers, video and sound producers, technical directors, photographers, editors, graphic artists, account managers, and/or project managers, as well as both union and non union stage hands

Vast experience sourcing and managing all aspects of conferences, tradeshows and live events

The management of flow, creative, food and beverage, transportation, parties/evening events,

US and international vendors

Strong background developing, implementing and execution strategic and tactical elements of

global events.

Manages and communicates with clients, team leaders, members, and sales, other

department heads, venue sourcing and management, audio visual, promotional items,

staffing, signage, décor, food & beverage, registration, housing, security, transportation

Direct pre-event operations including site inspection, event staffing, speaker management,

agendas, on-sit needs, and sales preparation.

Maintain careful overview of each event, asking the hard question that will enabling me to spot problems before the need to “pull the rabbit out of the hat” 20 minuets before the doors open.
