We Implemented a Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma in the first quarter of 2014.This has improved manufacturing, quality, and quantity, sales, on time delivery performance, safety, customer satisfaction, leadership and moral.

As director of operations, oversee purchasing & sourcing, global distribution/3PL and manufacturing of 4 facilities.

Presently manage over 200 full time employees (With Seasonality Increases) including managers, supervisors, and group leaders to production KIT assemblers, packaging, and steel welding/fabrication, diversified purchasing, production control, inventory control, quality control, and all distribution activities. (1 Manufacturing facility and 4 Distribution facilities.)

Purchasing orders into distribution on a weekly average of 40 containers/truck loads globally of over 12,000 SKU’s to all four of our warehousing & distribution facilities. (Comply with all OSHA and DOT regulations.)

We ship an average of 1000 orders 7 days a week to direct large retail customers including: Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart, Way-Fair, Sears, Kmart, and Amazon with a 99.7% on time rating year to date.

Since my arrival I have created a leadership-training program for all managers, supervisors and group leaders.

Reclaimed 10,000 square feet of storage space to be used as manufacturing, assembly, and packing in one facility.

Hired and trained a full time second shift allowing us to increase our manufacturing production by 40%.

Purchased $200K of manufacturing equipment and return on these investments in less than 4 months.

Created and implemented a master schedule program where there was none. Hired and trained 50 new employees.
