Successfully managed a bi-annual expenditure budget of US$400,000 and delivered on bi-annual revenue targets of US$300,000.
Project managed US$400,000 worth of hospital facility upgrades, liaising with external stakeholders and contractors.

Managed over 500 University staff files, employment contracts and roles of responsibility
Drafted policies such as the KU HR Policy, KU HIV Aids Work Place Policy, KU Updated Profile and KU Work Place Health and Safety Policy.

Had overall oversight of the Quality Assurance and Operation functions of the organization leading to ISO 2001 and 2008 certifications.
Efficiently managed IHK’s ten non-clinical departments and was the Human Resource lead for these units.
