Summary:

I have approximately 17 years of experience in an HFC, network surveillance and repair capacity. I have advanced knowledge of numerous cable television, ticketing agents and numerous RF, monitoring tools. I possess detailed map reading and plant skills which include fiber. I also have over 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in various capacities. I have recently departed my position as a Network Surveillance Analyst with Comcast in Pittsburg, California after relocating in March of 2014. I relocated from Minneapolis after 13 plus years in the same role with Comcast. At this stage of my life I want to experience new things, new people and most of all new challenges. These new challenges I seek are certainly not isolated to or neccessarily within the cable television or telecommunications industries. It's time for me to spread my wings and see where they take me and what they take me to. It's exhilarating and exciting for me to think of new challenges. Interact with cross-organizational entities such as call center, field maintenance, NOC, network construction, plant operations, and network engineering to escalate network trouble tickets and restore service as quickly as possible. Analyze data and alarm conditions and escalate a corrective action.Input and maintain accurate and detailed information into the network trouble reporting system. Responsible for provisioning of status monitoring systems and elements. Interface and reliably work with the trouble isolation center and field technicians.
