Rendom visit on site for technical support to site engineer during link loss measurement in the optical fiber network with help of OTDR and Laser-Power meter.
Cross checking of measurement sheet, which is given by the Project Engineers to Contractors and validation of the bills.
Keeping record of the MB sheets, Deviation report, closer of NC report and Project Output Report etc. .
Monthly meeting with contractors over improvement plan and repeated deficiencies.
Recommend network improvement plan and its implementation.
Handled the tasks of reviewing the contractor ratings for compliance within established limit.
