Job discribtion :

Controlling the quality and the compliance of all works carried out on site as per the approved drawings, method statements and ITPs.

Ensure compliance of all materials, construction activities by performing adequate inspections and tests.

Ensure that ITPs and method statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution.

Checking the delivered material is in compliance with the approved material submittals.

Ensure the resolution of quality issues at project.

Conduct quality audits to subcontractors and suppliers.

Issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance and reporting to the QA/QC Manager in case of shortage of skilled labors and/or site supervision staff.

Keep the QA/QC manager regularly updated regarding the quality issues.

Perform adequate daily inspection of all site construction works including civil and finishing works.

Review in detail of all submittals and shop drawings.

Coordinate and supervise test and inspection of independent testing labs.

Report to the QA/QC Manager the results of inspections and tests, both conforming and defective, and study and recommend proper remedial actions as required.

Reject any work, which does not conform to specifications, drawings, and any other contract requirements. List of any rejection with appropriate statement including recommendation for correction will be immediately submitted to QA/QC Manager for his review and action.

Review sub-contractors’ / suppliers’ Quality Assurance & Control related documents and carry out QC inspections.

Support compilation of quality records – Inspection, test procedures /reports and quality dossiers as per project requirements.

(palm city gardens project- residential compound) – 150 million Qatari Riayls.

Project discribtion : Palm City Gardens unfolds 128 super deluxe villas (56 type A, 64 type B, and 8 type C), a clubhouse, a nursery, an accommodation/administrative building, two guard houses, and two substations. Compound buildings are concrete-framed structures adopting block work walls with internal and external wall finishings. Moreover, all units are provided with drainage and irrigation networks, hot/cold water plumbing, air-conditioning and ventilation, CCTV, SMTAV, intercoms, a security access system, landscaping, roads, a boundary wall, fencing, and all utilities dedicated to the turn-key delivery of the residential compound
