Summary
As part of my previous roles I have provided skilled customer (user) support and problem resolution. I am skilled at troubleshooting TCP/IP issues, VPN resets etc. MPLS network monitoring, recycle servers, recycle online systems. I am comfortable escalating issues to any level and see incidents through to resolution and follow-up. Excellent verbal and written communications have been a primary skill set throughout my career which would benefit most any position for which I am considered. I have written SOP’s and other documentation.
I have migration experience bringing applications (SAP Production, QA and Development environments) in-house from an outsourcer as well as migrating these environments from the North American headquarters of a client to the parent company in Germany, QA refreshes.
