Objectives

To challenge myself daily at bringing jobs in on time and under budget. I have enjoyed my line of work until just recently and want to get back to enjoying my work. I enjoy travelling and look forward to on the road jobs even though being close to home has its benefits also. I would like to find a company that I can stay with the remainder of my working life.

Working superintendent doing projections, scheduling, organizing, calling subs, inspectors, overseeing all work to make sure it meets the plans, meeting with project managers, owners, and venders to ensure jobs turn out correctly. I also do labor to make sure site is clean, safe and kept on time and under budget. Projects included but not limited to,, Taco Bells, KFCs, Office remodels, and Starbucks.

Infinity Building Corp. Superintendent 08-15 to 6-17 senior general/superintendent

Round table pizzas, strip malls, and Marriott hotel

I ran as many as 3 jobs at one time bringing them all in on time and under budget.

Brought in many jobs with 30 percent profit. Letters of recommendation. Over saw other superintendents and their jobs as well as running my own. Did projections, helped with bids, organizing and sub documentations,

K.D.C. construction 02-13 to 08-15 carpenter/ superintendent

Projects included Starbucks, Petco co, Mod pizza, McDonalds, Lou Lemons, etc.

Classic improvements 1986-2013 Rancho Cordova foreman/ superintendent

Projects included homes, commercial jobs, windows, room additions, garages, too many different jobs to list. Helped company to get to top 500 remodeling companies in late 90’s to early 2000’s with no call backs on jobs. Brought back many letters of recommendations.

Mountain States Construction Billings Montana 1975- 1985 foreman/ superintendent

Jobs included steel buildings, homes, commercial fronts, all phases of construction, plumbing, framing, electrical, windows, doors, siding, insulation, hvac, roofing, siding, tile, sheet rock, taping, texturing, painting, sheet rocking, T-bar, etc. Largest jobs Billings fairgrounds, Champion auto, funeral homes, bars, etc.

excel, word, blue beam, very experienced, as well as some experience with others

can run bob cats, front end loaders, jlg’s fork lifts, scissor lifts, etc.

Have done just about every phase of construction

Detail out blue prints in advance high lighting and attaching notes as I go so there is nothing missed

Good with people and organizing, making sure budgets are met and time lines met

I have never been fired in my life, always excelled at my job and have had more happy letters than anybody I know of. Learn fast and not much in construction I have not already done.

I stay on top of inspections, subs, and keep a clean safe job site
