Project: QA Data & Environment Management

Managed Testing Data & Environment for 50 mainframe MSP clients for QA Default Desk Top Services.

Managed liaison between the team managers and resources and the outside organizations to prepare and set up secure mainframe MSP test clients in a controlled environment for QA applications testing.

This project involved generating & printing reports for the call center. This tracked the status of the agents and the calls they handled.

Worked with the Team Lead/Manager to understand the requirements.

Used Lotus Notes Application integrated with other applications to generate reports.

Used Excel and PowerPoint software extensively to manipulate the above data for a more structured and needed output.
