Greetings! I am KENNETH CHESTER CRUZ, I have been part of the Customer Service industry for 6 years and 6 six months particularly in the field of Airlines/Aviation.

My most recent work experience was as a Line Administrator or most commonly known as Cabin Crew Manager. For 3 years I was handling hundreds of front-liners who all underwent my supervision; from their recruitment, on-boarding, training, & administrative handling it all falls under my job description. The said job requires someone to be flexible, reliable & smart since the Airline operation runs 24/7.

Prior to that I was Cabin Crew for 3 years and 6 months in the same Airline. In the said span of time I have mastered the art of Customer Service and Problem solving, I encounter hundreds of passengers on a day to day basis. I aid them with their needs and make sure nothing less than 5-star kind of service is delivered to them.

For my Collegiate years I took up the course of Bachelors of Science in Nursing, I was able to graduate with honors while still being active with extracurricular activities for my college since I was part of the Student Council for my whole College life. I was elected as Student Council President and have balanced my studies and activities quite well.
