Assembly and rework of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through Hole Technology (THT), Electromechanical Wiring and PC Boards. Provided support to engineering department in the areas of assembly of complex circuitry under a microscope, read and interpreted detailed schematics and drawings. Built, modified and reworked mechanical fabrications and chassis wiring.

Assembly of components for medical devices. Work with bonding UV-cured adhesives. Perform in-process quality checks on subassemblies and finished product. Utilize calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes. Solder fine wire leads and coax cable under microscope. Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, and test results.

Handle all phases of surface mount, rework, soldering of PC boards, and kit audits. Built, modified and reworked mechanical fabrications and chassis wiring. Designed, laid out and fabricated harnesses, breadboards, and performed PC board stuffing. Assembled, reworked and modified PC boards, cables, harnesses, wire wrap and semi-rigid cables.
