A Project -In Charge, Project site coordinator and a Senior Architect-Project Site Manager for over 20-year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar design, project construction and Project Site Management for government and private sectors (locals and of overseas as Expatriate).

Experience includes from Project Design Proposals for Clients, Preparation of Bill of Materials, Preparation of Work Schedule, Oversee and Checking of Shop Drawings for construction, Site monitoring, Supervise manpower (50 to 85 approx number) allocation and scheduling for each project, monitor material sample for approval prior to implementation and in particular, for Interior Fit Out works and QA/QC works

As Project Manager Role, Site coordination with team of Engineers, monitors daily progress and close in monitoring of contractors project schedule and activities. As an additional scope, it varies with weekly and monthly progress report, evaluation of site progress.

Particular projects completed and becomes operational includes High-End Hospital Projects, High End Housing Complex and Privately owned banks, all overseas.

PADI Design Innovations as Project In-Charge; Technical Head, August 2017 to June 23 2018 (Special Project basis)

Product supplied and installation of environmental friendly WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) for Pool Decking System, Interior-Exterior Wall cladding, Fence/Gates, Interior ceiling works using Japanese Product Technology (as primary supplier).

Managing and multi-tasking works visiting projects, attending meetings and overseeing works in progress and to name a few about to be completed local projects;

a.Provided Organizational Structure and explain, define each position roles, flows and responsibilities

b.The roles for the office management and define the system.

c.The flows, responsibilities and limits for the production section that creates in-house fabrication work, assignments of manpower and material preparation and acquisition.

The responsibilities includes but not limited to Design preparation for client’s approval; joint site visit with client and provide the following services;

c.Provide Bill of Materials and cost estimates

d. Assist the client for Bank submission of requirements for loan approvals

e.The scope of services provides for schedule of work; Program for payment and schedules to Bank as may be required

f. Provide Schedule of Project completion of Work; Manpower allocation per running progress of work; Material allocation and advisement e.g. Interior Fit-Out works finishes and Landscape Works on Pro-Bono works.

g.Provide site management and coordination meeting with approved sub-contractor and acting as client’s representative.

Technical Development Head-Senior Architect from May 2016 to September 2016 (Special Project on contractual)

Serve as Team Leader in the preparation of subdivision planning proposal (foreign principal client) outside Metro Manila area.

Lead the team in preparing the client’s requirement for the proposed package which include but not limited to the following works:

a.Site visit and provide study per client’s requirement

b.Research for the requirement as per local regulatory laws and ordinances

c.Provide preliminary studies for submission to client for inter-action and coordination

d.Prepare preliminary overall layout for presentation

e.Provide necessary adjustment per client’s comment and provide final preliminary project plan with initial cost estimates for approval

Other related responsibility includes monitoring undergoing projects and provide advisement to sub-contractor for necessary adjustment.

Provide meeting updates to clients and monitor project completion schedule per agreed timetable.

Project In-Charge (Senior Site Architect) in Abu-Dhabi UAE from Dec. 2015 to March 2016 as reliever

Projects involvement on Interior Fit-out for High End residential complex.

Responsibility includes studies of complex interior design material for client’s approval and installation works.

Prepare Project Work Schedule relevant to manpower, material allocation per activity timetable.

Manage weekly coordination meeting and provide inputs for recommendation and other necessary issues that requires speedy disposition of work based on a given time table.

Coordinate with various intra-services such as MEP that involves relationship in compliance with above ceiling structure as an example.

Senior Architect in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia from November 2007 to September 2015 under Two (2) different consulting firms specializing in Hospital Design Projects, High End Residential housing projects respectively and acting Project Site Management on full time direct monitoring works

The project worth has a combine gross worth a total of RM80M.

Acting as Team Leader in providing direction in preparation for site requirements such as but not limited to the following:

a.All approved architectural shop drawings and to provide awarded contractor for construction drawing submission.

b.Review submitted work time table and to provide advisement for the necessary changes prior for approval and submission to client.

c.Review and monitor approved contractor’s site preparation by following the basic safety regulation and municipality approved fencing, site clearing operations and others.

d.Appraise contractor’s readiness and submittal schedules.

e.Chair kick-off meeting and introduction for proper disposition of the system and operation.

f.Manage contractor’s responsibility in running the day to day operation and provide advice and recommendation when need arise such as technical drawing discrepancies of other services, contracts and in particular, material sample submitted for review and approval prior to installation works

g.Monitor strictly compliance for QA/QC management.
