I've had the opportunity to work in some of the most challenging areas of machining which gives me a good overview of the manufacturing process at large.

I've been blessed to work with and for some of the best men in the industry which both challenged me and encouraged me.

In the area of leadership I've had the opportunity to work in teaming programs that strengthened me to assure that goals were met in a timely and safe manner. This sharpened my leadership skills to achieve the best outcomes for the company's goals.

SKILLS

I ran NC and CNC machining centers with Allen Bradley, Okuma and Fanuc controls. ( I have only limited experience with Mazatrol controllers).

I have the ability to work to close tolerance and perform in a timely manner.

I've ran both manual lathes and Mills for both tooling and production.

Worked as a part time programmer. Line by line G and M code not Auto Cad. (HE&M Inc.)

I also worked for about two years as a working leadman.
